Norton ES2 Engine Plate Studs, Nuts and Washers Stainless Steel Rigid ES2-eps

These are a set of Norton ES2 engine plate studs, nuts and washers in stainless steel for the Rigid models. All the studs have the same cycle rate threads as the originals. The nuts are also identical to the originals with the odd hexagon sizes as used by Norton. As only two of the nuts in this set came from our standard stock list the rest have been especially made just for this set, as it is impossible to make special nuts under £2 each this may help to explain why this set is priced as it is. Most of the studs are 7/16 cycle but not the normal 26 tpi, again specially made for this set. The set is complete with stainless washers and the two special bolts that go above the gearbox. All thread angles are 60 degree as per originals. The two bolts supplied are 26tpi so if yours are 20tpi you must let us know as soon as you order them so that we can send the correct ones for you.

The bolts and studs have slightly domed ends which can easily be polished to look like chrome or sand blasted for that cadmium look. The flats on the bolts are hand finished to leave a bright finish instead of the dull finish normally found on hex bar.
