Norton Alloy Top Yoke 7 inch centres with handle bar mount, will take 7/8" diameter bars. Offset is standard 2.25 inch and the stem bore is 1 inch. Will fit all feather bed and early Commandos (not the later ones that have the stem attached to the top yoke). Cnc machined from solid billet. the underside is recessed
