These are a set of 4 Triumph Rocker Box Studs, Nuts and Lock Washers in Stainless Steel. These are 5-15/16" under the heads, please ensure these are correctfor your bike before fitting. These are turned from solid hex bar. These are made for the Pre Unit construction 650cc models with the exception of the 6T. For 6T studs see our other listings or contact us on the number below. Two of the studs have threaded extensions at the top to take the engine steady, there are 2 nuts and washers supplied to clamp the steady to the engine.
The cycle studs and nuts have the correct 60 degree thread angle; and the correct spanner size across the flats, 6 rectangular section stainless lock washers are included. All studs have a slight radius on the end the same as original. The Triumph part numbers for these studs are E2874 and E1596A.
The nuts have a single sided chamfer and are machined back and front to leave a nicely machined finish, each flat of the hexagon has been hand finished to leave a bright surface rather than the dull finish normally found on hex bar. All nuts are semi polished so they can easily be polished to a mirror finish or bead blasted to give that original cadmium look.
